At GOTRAX, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all electric scooters and bikes are in new or like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.
Wait for Authorization
Our support team will review your request within 24-48 hours to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your GOTRAX product in its original box with all chargers and manuals, then attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the package.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect your return for any damages or wear, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
